What the App Does

DriverSwitch is a utility app for ride-hailing drivers that automatically toggles driver apps (such as Rapido, Uber) offline or online when a ride is accepted on one platform. This helps drivers manage multiple platforms efficiently.

Accessibility Service Usage

DriverSwitch uses Android's Accessibility Service to function. The Accessibility Service is used solely for the following purposes:

• Detecting ride acceptance notifications from driver apps on your device
• Automatically toggling the online/offline status in other driver apps
• Performing UI interactions (taps, gestures) within driver apps on your behalf

The Accessibility Service is NOT used to:

• Read or store personal driver information
• Access your messages, calls, contacts, or browsing history
• Record or monitor your screen content beyond driver app status detection
• Transmit any accessibility-related interaction details to external servers

Data Collection

We collect limited information to provide app features and manage accounts. Specifically:

• Account Information: We collect your name, Google account email address, and manually entered mobile number.
• Device Information: We collect device details (model and manufacturer) and Android OS version to ensure background service compatibility.
• Usage Data: We do not collect analytics, tracking history, or location tracking.

Data Storage

Your user profile information is stored securely in Google Firebase Firestore. We only store settings, subscription details, and active driver session states. No data is shared with third parties.

Account & Data Deletion

Third-Party Services

DriverSwitch does not integrate any third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. The App does not share any information with third parties.

Children's Privacy

This App is intended for use by ride-hailing drivers and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
