Request Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your DriverSwitch account and permanently remove all your associated personal data, you can submit a deletion request by following the steps below. We respect your privacy and are committed to deleting your data on request.

                Notice: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, you will lose access to your active driver configurations, settings, and subscription history.
            

How to Request Deletion

You can request account deletion by emailing our support team:

Details to Include: Please specify the email address and mobile number associated with your DriverSwitch account so we can verify and identify your profile.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will permanently delete all records of your personal information from our Firebase Firestore database within 7 days. This includes:

Your full name and display name
Your Google account email address
Your registered mobile number
Associated device identifier model and operating system versions

What Data Is Kept

We do not retain any of your personal data after the deletion request is processed. None of your data is shared with third parties or saved in archive backups. All elements are wiped permanently.
